Email addresses are the FLRA Case eFiling System's primary means of identifying eFilers. You may not create more than one profile with the same email address. Please note that even if you have never registered or filed a case using the FLRA's eFiling System, your email address may have already been registered in the eFiling System. If you have been a party to an FLRA case, and you or the opposing party provided your email address, then you have been automatically registered. You should have received an email at the registered email address with your username (your email address) and password. If your email address has already been registered, then click on the “Cancel” button at either the top or the bottom of this page, and follow the links to login to the system. If you don't remember your password, then click on “Forgot your password,” and follow the instructions.
When you click the save button, your profile will be created and sent to FLRA Case eFiling Team for approval. Approval normally happens in one business day. You will be sent an automatic email message that will include your FLRA efiling password. After your profile has been approved you will be able to begin filing cases using the FLRA Case efile system.
